After forty days of LEO (Light of the Eternal One) energy healing I conclude:
My DNA spirals are two infinite smiles
twisted around each other eternally

This is useful today, after many challenging issues arose
Hand on top of my head
this Divine honey energy flows
and I imagine balls of light inside each argument, each conflict
the illusory nature of time, space, ego
spills over like a child's toy
nothing to do but laugh

like emptiness made of syrup
pouring down my consciousness
no longer so I feel I am asleep

Zen energy Nirvana as a flow
My hands empty this light
I pour it into any anger, any isolation
feeling all of this dissolve
unveiling the smile inherent in all things

Transparent laugther
like zealous joy flowing infinite
We are flying unbound by the trap of mind
Singing vibrations in each cell of my brain
like angels shouting the names of God

Calm infinity unleashed beneath the palms of my hands
between the space between fingers
between the space between seconds
the grand infinite now smiling at me like a Chesire cat

Light of the Eternal One flowing though my hands
The television on at my friends home, where I am sleeping
Even this, the wild unreal of BRAVO, seems calm
My heart unravels all judgement into love

Sweet love of Divine light
like sugar sprinkled through my mind
I resonate with the taste of eternity
my eyes echoes of infinite joy

As calm as silence can be
I hold LEO (Light of the Eternal One) in my hands
like a flower of light unfolding, neverending

Vibrations of wholeness trickle through my fingertips
like candy
I am a child
eating the love of the Divine

Today I taught Reiki to two women from England and yet still felt the flavor of the Light of Eternal One energy when doing the self treatment just now. It is quite different than Reiki, not better or worse but different. The Light of the Eternal One energy shifts my consciousness more, bringing a sense of stillness, peace, calm, and joy.

The immediate now breathing itself into my consciousness
Presence never ending
Alive, I laugh with this moment

Like God's laughter between each molecule
between each cell in my hands
I feel infinity stretched like a blanket on which my consciousness lay

Presence is flowing through my fingertips
Clawing away the veil of Maya
I see infinity smiling back at me

This infinite expression of now
is a twirly little light bulb in my head
illuminate, illuminate, until all is visioning

This evening I saw all the universe
in one room
in one person's body
describing itself to me
in pieces that are eternally joined

A liquid syrup of golden light
filling up my skull like honey
I breath this sweetness through all of me

My head filled with this Holy light
I see the prophets, know Divine presence, am joy in all its bliss.

Recalling the eternal presence as I fill my mind with Light of the Eternal One tonight.

Yesterday I forgot to write...but spent the weekend at Amma's and had a radio interview so was entirely blown away energetically. Coming back to this light now, the pure sensation of calm, overflowing through each thought, each emotion, each experience of my mind being just MIND, nevermind...and that is all. Nothing else can capture what is beyond language and word.

Tonight was splendid as I taught Light of the Eternal One to 17 students at Omega Institute as part of a staff class. The students resonated deeply with the energy, and also laughed, giggled and were very playful in the process. I gave myself the self treatment, and also received numerous treatments in the class. My mind is still overcome with a sense of euphoria, and yet simultaneously very grounded and present, in this eternal unwinding moment called NOW. I also shared with the students how to teach the Light of the Eternal One energy healing to others. Let the circle of joy and light widen!

Day 15

As I did the self treatment of Light of the Eternal One this evening I felt as if objects in the room were floating....obviously they were not...but there was a sensation as if they were, as if I were tuning in more into the space between objects, the space between molecules and atoms, the space between thoughts. As my mind fell deeper into this spaciousness, I felt calm assured, connected to The One.
Also, a side note, I performed a healing on another earlier this evening...first doing Reiki then Magical Awakening then Light of the Eternal One. I did the Light of the Eternal One portion much longer than usual, more than the few minutes that I often do when using this form of energy healing. I must have performed the treatment on this person for a good fifteen minutes or so. After the session was complete, the person RAVED about how Amazing it was. I have offered her Reiki and Magical Awakening before....so conclude that it was the Light of the Eternal One energy that made it so amazing for her.
